MIRA offers a diathermy system for
chorioretinal adhesion, vitreous surgery
and localized hemostasis with technology
that ensures tissue trauma, charring,
shrinkage and inflammation are drastically
reduced.
Using the MIRA Diathermy,
heat is created in target tissue
by polarizing and oscillating
molecules at 13.56 MHz. resulting
in a most discrete burn which
traditional cautery cannot approximate.
